North Chicago and growing, BeerAbility http://www.beerabilitybar.com/
will be another great addition to the City of McHenry.
BeerAbility is a Gastropub which will offer
food and a diverse selection of craft beer and wine and add another great
business to Liberty Square Shopping Center, located at the southwest corner of
Shamrock Lane and Illinois Route 31.
BeerAbility is completing their buildout at 4117 W Shamrock Lane and
owner Jason Newman is looking forward to becoming part of the City of McHenry
and being an active member of our community.
The
owner is very involved in each of the communities he operates his
business. The following is a link to an

The Round Lake Chamber of Commerce praised
BeerAbility Owner Jason Newman for his involvement in community
events. Additionally, BeerAbility
sponsored a Welcome Home Event for Veterans in North Chicago. We look forward to a long relationship with
BeerAbility.
DOMINO’S PIZZA
Domino’s
Pizza is completing their buildout at 2208 N Richmond Road, immediately south
of Vision Works, which recently opened in the McHenry Towne Center Shopping
Center (Kohl’s; Petco, Hallmark).
Domino’s has been absent from the City of McHenry for quite some time
and formerly located on Front Street in the ReMax Plaza Shopping Center.
However like every other successful retailer
Domino’s has made adjustments to their brand and the new location on North
Richmond Road will be a great addition to the many outstanding businesses which
call the City of McHenry home!!
ADDISON’S STEAKHOUSE
Addison’s Steakhouse is coming
soon to the Fountain Shoppes Retail Center, 335 N Front Street. In addition to a great restaurant, outdoor
seating will be available around the fountain which will be a wonderful outdoor

THREE QUEENS
A new tavern, Three Queens, is currently under construction and will be opening soon at Southgate Retail Center, 810 N Front Street Unit C. The proprietor of Three Queens also operates the Food Mart, as well as liquor stores at Bull Valley/Charles Miller Road and Illinois Route 31 and a location in the McHenry Plaza Shopping Center. The store located in McHenry Plaza is part of the southern inline retail space.
This
will be another great addition to the City of McHenry business community and a
great example of an existing business owner reinvesting in our community! Thank you!
LACEY’S PLACE
Lacey’s
Place, 3515 Diamond Drive, is completing the buildout for their business which
will be located in the Diamond Plaza Shopping Center. This was formerly the location of the Marine
Corps Career Center, which found a new home very close by at 2620 Schaid Court
(neighbor of Epic Deli)!
UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS CAREER
CENTER
The
United States Marine Corps Career Center recently relocated a few hundred feet
from 3515 Diamond Drive to their new location at 2620 Schaid Court. We are very happy we could accommodate a new
business - Lacey’s Place - and retain the Marine Corps Career Center!
PET CENTRAL RELOCATES FROM ELM STREET TO
GREEN STREET
Pet
Central has relocated from 3743 W Elm Street to 1259 N Green Street http://www.mchenrypetcentral.com/. We are very happy Pet Central chose to remain
in the City of McHenry and wish them great success in the heart of downtown
McHenry.
Pet Central has been a staple
in our City for numerous years, and I am sure they will do great at their new
location. Thank you for remaining in the
City of McHenry!!
